The antidote

It's full moon. Unknown poets are staring at her pale face right now, howling from the dark cave of their innermost chest...

It woke me up at 4am. It gives me dreams. It inspires me to write.

I have danced with the tribe, and now I am both exhausted and liberated from myself. There is space. Space to take in all the mystery and discoveries of our simple connections.

I am sleep-deprived but not sleepy,

I feel enriched but neither complete or bored.

I recall a few words from a conversation:

"The antidote to exhaustion is not necessarily rest.

The antidote of exhaustion is wholeheartedness."

(Why we call the Moon full, as if it were an empty container? Why don't we call it whole, as we admire her wholeness?)
